The supplier receives a login to access the portal and respond to the questionnaire online. You can then review their answers and generate a security rating.
The user-friendly interface allows you to view the supplier’s responses, accept or reject answers, and see any appended evidence. You can also communicate through a Q&A messaging system.
If you reject an answer, the supplier is prompted to provide more information. The message box can be used to request additional clarifications.
